Comprehensive traffic studies are underway and being coordinated with transportation agencies. The potential extension of the 836 will help improve regional connectivity. Approximately 40-45% of the property will be dedicated to preserving natural environments, including the wetlands, which will be carefully maintained and enhanced. These areas will feature a public-access boardwalk, providing residents with an opportunity to experience and enjoy the beauty of nature while respecting the local ecosystem.

The project will include new housing options that integrate seamlessly into the community. It is designed to provide opportunities for people to live, work, and play in one place, helping foster a vibrant and connected neighborhood.
